Baru-baru nie, server freeWEBcomic telah diserang DDOS sekali lagi. Serangan kali ini akan kritikal sehingga pihak hosting mengambil masa 4 hari untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Kami agak terkilan dengan kelewatan pihak hosting untuk memulihkan server kami kerana gangguan tersebut turut menganggu tupaitv.com, perniagaan studio maya videografi yang bergantung 100% kepada online marketing.
Beberapa siri aduan telah diajukan kepada pihak hosting ketika itu. Sehinggalah ke perbincangan melalui facebook. Pada 15 Ogos 2011, server telah dipulihkan. Walaubagaimanapun, entri2/posting2 terkini pada bulan Ogos di dalam freeWEBcomic dan tupaiTV telah hilang. Kepada semua para pembaca dan penyumbang karya di sini, kesulitan amat dikesali.

We are actually migrating all data from old server to a new server because the old server is having numerous issues. Therefore, setting up a new server will most probably solve all the downtime issues.
We hope that you understand our current situation and this move of upgrading our server to a new one is to avoid future problems and anymore downtime faced by our customers.
Lastly, I will provide you with free extension of our hosting service at the expense of my own paycheck. I will confirm with you via phone after the restoration has been completed.
